Byron L. Woolley's practice includes business litigation in state and federal
courts. Mr. Woolley received his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas
at Arlington in 1972 and his law degree from Baylor University School of Law, graduating
cum laude in 1975. During law school, Mr. Woolley served as Notes & Comments Editor,
and Symposium Editor, of the Baylor Law Review and was a member of the Order of Barristers. Other
law school awards and achievements include receipt of the Harvey M. Richey Moot Court
Award, American Jurisprudence Awards in Evidence and Divorce, and the Phi Delta Phi
Outstanding Member Award.
Mr. Woolley is licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of the State
of Texas and has been licensed to practice before the following courts: United States
Supreme Court; United States Court of Appeals-Fourth Circuit, Fifth Circuit and Eleventh
Circuit; and the United States District Court for the Northern, Southern, Western
and Eastern Districts of Texas.
Mr. Woolley has represented corporations, partnerships and individuals in
complex litigation involving various personal and business relationships and activities
including real estate development, general and limited partnerships, insurance coverage,
software development, oil and gas production, lending, employment, officers and directors
liability, landlord-tenant disputes, probate, divorce and trade secrets.
William R. Wilson’s practice includes family law, including divorce,custody
and child support matters, Business and commercial litigation, Wills, Trusts and
Probate matters with an emphasis on professionalism and cost-effectiveness.
Mr. Wilson received his undergraduate degree in 1973 from the Rochester
Institute of Technology, Rochester, New York and his laws degree from New England
School of Law, Boston Massachusetts in 1979.
Mr. Wilson has been licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Texas
and is licensed to practice before the following courts: U.S. District Courts of
Texas, Southern, Eastern, Northern and Western Districts, United States Court of
Appeals - 5th Circuit. Mr. Wilson is a member of the State Bar of Texas - Family
Law Section, Dallas Bar Association - Member of the Family Law and Probate Section.
